Hey Guys.

I hope everyone is doing well. I took a break from the Internet altogether. Used the time to get outside, read, have all my interaction with people be face to face... Anyways...

Surfing through YouTube (I'm astounded by how much good music there is that so few people know about--& the link I'm about to post isn't what I'd call good music)...

... but I came across a vid of Jerry Reed (who was a respectable studio/sessions/supporting player) playing what looks to me to be a TA-100 (an early one with a less ornate tailpiece):

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-p0zn3PijY

I'm not about to hotlink them, but below are a couple of still pics I found that confirm it is indeed a TA of some kind--& I'd guess between the gold hardware & the nice inlays, it's an early 100 (with the bridge p'up swapped out). Just type in "http://" at the front of each one:

Cheers, everybody

Always liked Jerry Reed. Funny guy, good entertainer and a darn decent picker too.
I had no idea he played an APII though.

Interesting also to see the blue Ovation in the band behind him. They were everywhere at one time in the 70's, largely I think because of Glenn Campbell's influence.

Somewhere I have a pic of him playing a higher end RS, possibly a 750.

I know he's not Jerry Reed but he is playing a Matt and I did record it, so I figure that makes a legit post under this heading :D

Great shot Don. Nice one to have as he gets more *ahem* mature, and looks back at where it all started.
