Being fully aware that I am opening a very large can of worms here I'm still going to put it forward.

Which one is the nicest? My first nominee.

What Nigel said about sustain?... with this one you could go out for a seven course meal.

Discuss please...

I vote for that one :toopid:
One can tell it sounds fab just by the looks of it.

The APII LS models look sweet too.

By the way, what model Electra is that?

Oops, sorry... that would be good to know. It is a x110 RockStrad, no later than 1976.

Serial numbers are nearly zero help in determining year of build in earlier models but the "wave" headstock appeared no earlier than '76.

...nice avatar, btw. You've been I assume?

For me it's the Aria Pros with that extra little curve on the top like the PE 60 ( http://www.matsumoku.org/models/ariaproii/pe/ptype/r80-60/pe-60.html ) or the PE 600 ( http://www.matsumoku.org/models/ariaproii/pe/ptype/pe_400-800.html ). I've never owned one, but if I did that's the LP for me!

Agreed Jorg. From a looks POW i hold the PE body form in higher regard than the LP. Basicaly they just moved one line, but what genious... It´s what Gibby should have done from the start,or at least what the paulie form might very well have evolved into if it was just let to do it.

I think you all should send your picks to me. I will try them out and give my verdict.
