Just helped by brother sell his Aria TA 70 from 1983 - all original and near mint condition. I gave it a little makeover before selling and is really popping in the pics. Sweet looks, sweet tone and sweet player. Fantastic guitar.

He has owned it for about a year but found he doesn't get time for electric guitar so decided to let it go to new hands.

Photos below. Couldn't help but get a couple of pics with my TA-100 - a happy little pair, all be it very briefly. For the record - The 70 has all tone of the 100, but the 100 has the edge being cleaner and more defined, a really classy guitar.

Don't know how I missed this post before, but that's a really nice guitar. The TA line is just the dog's bollocks!
I have an MIK version of the TA60 which is great to play but the Mats version is superior in every way.

Thanks. A friend bought the TA 70 and has fallen in love with it. I have wondered about the quality of the MIK TA's. The TA100 is a knockout guitar. I have had some nice vintage MIJ electrics pass through my hands, solid and hollow body, Aria, Daion, Vantage and Ibanez, but the TA100 is a level or two above them.

I have to agree completely. After I got my TA-70 it became my most favorite player. I prefer it to my Gibby ES-artist.
BTW I have the same color. Mine had had the PU's changed to SD Jeff Beck or something like that. Otherwise, the same.
