Hi Guys,

does somebody have an idea what's behind this serial number from the Bass Matsumoku TSB-400?
K800314
Over the serial number is stamped ''Matsumoku'', below ''Made in Japan''.

Production Date, Worth?
And what does the ''K'' mean at the beginning of the serial number?

If these serial numbers follow the same pattern as Westone, K = November, and the first two numbers = the year, 1980.

As for its worth, we're not merchants, just collectors and players. Check online for posted ads and sales to get the current interest and value in your area.
