Did all early 80s fretless SB900s have fret markers and dots on them?

Did the fretless have a rosewood finger board?

I dont have a 900 Pro II but my fretless Vantage basses do not have fret markers or dots on them. Actually, the only fretless that I do have with dots is a Univox from the late 60s.
