This popped up on the local kijiiji and my "NO MORE BASSES!" new years resolution went out the window.
It cleaned up really nice with the usual nicks and wear found on a 30 year old bass. I like this finish (walnut/maple), I have a Yamaha BBN4 with a similar finish.
It was no $50 steal but the price was quite reasonable. However......
The p'up output is very weak and the ohm meter suggests a problem. I cleaned up the ground connection at the bridge but there is still a loud hum when not touching the string/bridge/jackplug. It gets louder when I touch one of the p'up poles.
