while perusing eBay this morning I noticed an entry of a acoustic guitar I own, actually my wife owns. A smaller folk guitar we always thought it to be a copy of a Martin "New Yorker". In the ebay description it was described as "firebranded".
From Wikipedia:
Aria makes guitars ranging from beginner to professional models. Some of their professional models were known as Firebrands because of the Firebranded Aria logo on the reverse of the headstock. The Firebrand guitars were produced in very small runs. They were then given to either names artists who promoted Aria Guitars or to the Very top dealers as gifts. Firebranded Guitars were produced to a much greater standard than production runs.

What do you know? Any thing? It IS a finely made guitar.
