I have an Aria archtop 12 string acoustic with a Model number A664 and serial number of 519.
It seems very unusual as the mother of pearl inlays on the fretboard are rectangles.
I cannot find out anything about this guitar from web searches.

Can anyone tell me about it?

I am just cleaning it up and will have to replace one tuner. I played it once before taking the strings off. Excellent tone. I hope there will be some pics with this post. I apologise they are not the best.

Thanks

There is not as much information on acoustics as electrics, at least here. Is there any more information one the label? Aria started with classical guitars and I have heard nice things about them.

As for the inlay, this is a fairly comon pattern used on electrics, most notably Gibson Les Pauls.

The trapeze tail piece on a deadnought shape body makes me think 60's or or 70's.

Good luck.

I was given a Aria 12 string model # A-695 serial # 721

Did you ever find any info on your 12 string?

mine came with a missing bridge - that might have had a failed repair
there is a brace running vertically under the bridge plate (i think it might be new)

I am in the process of putting on a new bridge.

I would love to see a better picture of your bridge ...

Thanks C

I am still trying to find info about this Aria acoustic 12 string Guitar
model # A-695 serial # 721 - the bridge had been removed and I have replaced it.
unfortunately the saddle on the new bridge is not in the correct place for intonation
it is too close to the nut and needs to move back towards the pegs
The nut is plastic but there is a 0-fret so I am thinking about putting on
a compensated bone nut as well as saddle...

Does anyone have any info about this very old Aria 12 string acoustic?
