Hello folks....first, let me explain my new user ID. I tried for 20 minutes to get logged back in, it has been a while and I was made inactive. OK.....Couldn't log in, then wouldn't take my login info....too many attempts, then deleted cookies and became a youngin who needs a parental signature. Couldn't contact the administrator, couldn't find a fax number for the permission form, yep, I was gonna do that. Nice....enough of that junk. So now I GIVE UP.

Anyway....here a pic of my most recent grab. It has to be a pre-Matsumoku. All original with the exception of Schallers and a coil splitter. It's a beauty. Additional pics can be seen here if interested: http://entertainment.webshots.com/album/577436136YljRcz

If you know it's model number, how about sharing it with me?

jd

NO PIC......now "It's impossible to determine the dimensions of the image" I GIVE UP

Hey man, sorry to hear you were having so much grief getting in here again. But thanks for making the effort, this is one beautiful guitar!!
What a gorgeous finish!

It looks to be very much like the A1932 model listed here on our information site (scroll down): http://www.matsumoku.org/models/aria/solid/sg/19xx.html

Except for the finish, which is not referenced there. If this is correct your serial number should make it a 1971.

Image If you click on your picture in Webshots, you'll get an option to "Link to it". Copy the code for "post in a forum" and you can drop in a thumbnail like I did here.

 really nice looking guitar you have there. I love SG's and the Korina finish looks sharp ( Much nicer looking than a friend of mines more recent EPI Korina, which just looks.........weird)

And for what it's worth, I like the new moniker you've chosen for yourself - can be taken a number of ways, eh ? :D ( as in, I wasn't going to buy any more guitars, but......... :devil2: )

Cheers,
G
