Could anyone out there please help me Identify the acoustic Aria Pro II that I belonged to my grandfather. I am new to the site but my search inquiries haven't given me any new information. The "model" on the guitar reads: PA-DLX ASB. I understand PE stands for professional electric (PE), but I have never heard anyone say anything about professional acoustic. There is a place that reads "Serial Number" underneath the model information, but there is no number listed. I love the guitar, like is so much that I actually bought a Cardinal Series 400 electric, but I would love to learn any history that I can about this acoustic. Any information anyone has out there would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello Stone and welcome.
I can see why you love this guitar, she's gorgeous! I'm sorry I can't help with a positive ID or dating but I'm sure one of the lads here will come up with something more meaningful.

I can't tell for sure from the pix but it looks to me like the back and possibly the top is book-matched flame maple over mahogany?? I'm guessing it sounds beautiful just played acoustically. That back is stunning! :love:
