Saw one like this before....This is Mat made...76-78...

Have to look in my folders....There was an article about Aria Double cut guitars debut from those years....

Again, nice guitar! how does she play...is she your main guitar....

Thanks for the info!

I think the consensus now is that it is an early PE-145.

Not my guitar, but I saw it for sale on a local Craigslist. Seller had no info about it so I had to find out myself. He is asking $700 dollars which seems high to me, but seeing as how rare they seem might not be too far off the mark.
