The Guitar Gallery Forums - The Guitar Legacy of Matsumoku

So I picked this pretty thing up the other day. The body shape is nearly identical to my Westbury Custom, same engraving, and almost exact same body shape. The woods certainly appear different... (I think my Westbury is Maple top/Mahogany or alder body), whereas this guitar looks like a 2 piece walnut top, but a 1 piece walnut backside. Not 100% sure as my guitarwoods identification isn't great. The guitar is significatly thicker than my Westbury, almost an inch thicker, hence the side shot. Has a beautiful vine inlay and pickups don't appear original. Set neck and plays amazingly.

Anybody know what guitar this is? Or any info would help.
