$325 Canadian
came with a nice little traynor practice amp with a 8" Celestian
Found a 1980 era OHSC $40 Cad about one month later..
A perfect match.

And it seems that I cannot or don't know how to delete Eyebulger's pics. I am truly sorry if I offended anyone.
This guitar was bought in Waterloo Ontario Canada by me about a month ago.
I found the case for $40 CAD about 3weeks later.

Nice one Graham!
Is this the same one I posted ad for? http://www.matsumoku.org/ggboard/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=12934

If so you did very well to get it at that price. The original asking price was $500.
Happy to see her go to a member here too. :D

Are these the photos that the seller used in the ad?
They look like photos of one of my guitars. (still with me)

Nice guitar and a good deal by the sounds of it :)

Checked through my files and these photos are of my guitar. The pick in the strings is a dead giveaway :)

Hey Graham, what's going on here, did you get this guitar or not?
The pix in the ad were not that great IIRC but why would you lift Don's pix? :-?

From his post it sounds like he bought it.

Eyebulger, did you sell it?

No Crusty I did not sell it. It's still sitting in my hot little hands :)
I'm hoping the photos were just used as an example of what Graham65 managed to get himself, and that he will post photos of his when it turns up.

No this is not the one that's still listed for waaaayyyyy tooooooo much at $500
I found this ad and pounced on it. The seller was in Waterloo Ontario.
Nice guitar yes indeed.

I once owned a VP710 a long long time ago when I lived in Burlington. I (would love to get her back, but it's since disappeared)bought it at Steve's in Toronto in 1980. Was my first guitar.
I used and abused it for years until I acquired more electrics. It was a really nice guitar although one particular evening I got violent and stabbed it repeatedly with a 5A drum stick. Numerous stab wounds to the front of that guitar. I know... bad thing to do to such a nice guitar.

I loaned her out to a friend (RIP) and his son eventually took possession of it.
Never saw it again.

As for the pic's I originally posted, my sincere apologies to the real owner here.
I have posted a couple of mine.
And as one of my other posts reads, about 3weeks later I found an original hard shell case for it for $40 bucks. Called the guy immediately and again found myself near to Kitchener.
The rest is history.
Sorry to have caused anyone harm or foul regarding the "other" pic's I used initially.
