I saw this add yesterday with this Vantage advertised as a VS-600 !?! :o

Contacted the seller to see if he would sell without the amp and how much (guitar and case). Price was to good to pass so went and got it. I give you my new Entertainar !!! First pic is sales ad.

Congratulations, she's a beauty Pierre!

I have its twin that I picked up 12 years ago!
Here's the back story:
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=5810

I really love this guitar, in fact I just had it out on rotation. It was a bit of a fixer-upper and I think it had been exposed to a lot of dampness. Both MMK45's eventually failed with coil rot!

I recently put two good '45 coils together to make one good bridge pup, but the neck died again and I replaced it with a 'new, real' UBC (Westone's Unbalanced Coil) wound by Westbone (Damian) over at the Westone Forums. It's in the neck and the old gal sounds fantastic.

This is one of my favourite Les Paul style guitars, just a terrific player!

Sorry to hear you had problems with yours.

I remember when you got it, we were still trying to work out the model numbers for the Entertainers... lol

Mine has some body damage that does not show on the pics but will try to fix as best as I can.

Your are right about how fun these are to play, fast slim neck and real low action. easy player.

I m real happy with it !

Very nice!
My Entertainar is currently my go to guitar. I have practice tonight and it's in the case and ready to roll. It has the finest neck I have ever played and just sounds awesome.
How hard would it be to get a tracing of your trussrod cover?
I just remembered mine has none.

Lucky you ! Practice ! :o

Havent been out for a year playing with others due to this F$%?&/ pandemic. My area is hit very hard, we have 1/2 of all Canada`s death for my small region.

Will see what I can do for the TRC. will get back to you.

PS: You have electricity and water again ? Hope you are doing well !

Sorry to hear that, man. I'm quite ready for all of this to be over.
Luckily, we never lost power or water so we're doing very well.
No worries on the TRC. I've been thinking about making one from pics. I'm sure it will be close enough. I keep looking for one for sale with Entertainar on it. . .
