Hi, I just purchased a Vantage Flying V guitar FV575 Korina off ebay and was wondering if anyone can provide any info on this. Is it a Matsumoku guitar and does anyone know any specs such as wood, scale length, years they made them etc. This is the FV575 and is that better or worse than the regular V copy made by Vantage? This is probably the best site to get info. (re: Vantage) that I've found in months of looking.

I posted the questions about the Vantage 335 copy and was blown away by allthe helpful info.

Hmm, the headstock looks right for a Matsumoku era Vantage, as does the way the trussrod cover is engraved.
