A highly underrated tone monster. I've always used nickel round-wounds on it since the day I bought it, but I'm going to try some flats on it this summer...

Hi Alex!

Nice bass you got there.. I read your post in the serial thread were you mentionned that your wings were one solid piece... Very weird indeed.. Your VA900B is almost like a VP830 but with neckthru.... no laminate wings. I also like the fact that your serial starts with 105... That based on my findings/theories would make yours the most recent that I have on my registry....

Love your bass. I have flatwounds on most of my fretless and would recommend it!

Another VA900B fretless makes an appearance!

I'd say it's a little older than mine, as it has the laminated body wings, whereas mine are solid pieces.

Still, looks to be in great shape.
