Here are the only pics that I have of her. She looks to be in decent shape... The pups were replaced and she is missing the brass monkeys... So, not all original....

Looks really good Pierre! Congrats!
Just what in hell do they do with the brass knobs and original pups...throw them away? :eek2:
The replacement knobs look OK though, and the SD's should be just fine!

Seems so.. :dunno: Some say the brass knobs make the guitar heavy.... No matter, I have brass knobs... The SD's will go into my VA910 and the 53's in the 912 to have it all original....

I'm allready planning all the swapping , work and all for her... Really excited, caint wait till she gets here... :hyper:

Mon ami, je crains c'est trop pour un unique homme!

Your next task will be to send a VA900B to Austria. DON'T mix it up with Australia!!! (No kangaroos in Austria!)

You did not miss a thing... I call my restored VA900 a 910 since it is blonde... This one:

Since in your article they were saying a blonde VA800 would be available as the VA810... It seemed fun to rename mine and tell them apart.. As you know, it came with all the hardware and MMK 53's so swapping will be fun...

The SD will kill in that guitar plus will give me a different sound compare to the other VA900.... Just seems logical to swap!?!
