I think yours is the first of its kind to appear here on the board. At least the only one that is so well documented with pics. Thanks man! :)
She looks to be in very good shape!

This board is absolutely the best place on the web to ask your 'Japanese Vantage' questions. Since your guitar is so rare, in this case you offer answers to other owners looking for info. What exactly are the questions you'lld like answered? Value? Yours is the only one in sight right now. I don't have any money (if I did, I'd gladly spend some $300 to get her). Someone else here might seriously say 'a 100?' or 'Gotta have that one: 600!' ...

I've scoured the Internet for anything on this guitar and have come up totally dry. I don't even know for sure I've got the model right. It would be nice to know how many were made, etc.

All I can say: not many, or else the model would have appeared here before. There's very little 'official' documentation on Japanese Vantage production. We've been trying to gather information from owners like you for a couple of years now, in order to chart the history. Mozart came a long way already, but we're still learning ...

I need to tighten up the input jack a touch tomorrow, so I will take a bunch of detailed close up shots of all the wiring and maybe try to make a diagram. I will post the pics as soon as I do it.
