Hi there ...been away from this place for some time and away from Vantage guitars until today.
I found what I believe is an Entertainer that had been stripped of its finish but it's not a model that I am familiar with.
In the day when I collected Vantages I had owned 3 Entertainers and all three were solid body guitars with fake f-holes.
This one truly had hollow wing cavities and a solid center strip...it seem a little thicker than the Entertainers I had owned
and also had an arched back and body binding on the top and back edges (mine were flat and heavy with no binding on the back edge).
It's built like a VSH-455 but my thicker and smaller similar to a les paul. Bit of a mystery to me despite my years of collecting Vantages.
Any clue??

Think I have an Idea what we're looking at here ... nothing! :D
But seriously, I think I know. Yours doesn't have 'classic' f-holes, but they are shaped, say, more 'tribal', right?

(sorry about the missing pics, read my 'signature' :( )

Will have to get a pic or two. It's got pretty standard f-holes and a pickguard.
As I've mentioned I've never seen one like it....and I've had a good number of these guitars.
Almost like a Gibson Barney Kessel model.
The only Vantage I now own is a VSH-455 but I've stopped playing electrics so she doesn't get the attention she deserves.

As far as we know at the moment, there have been 4 variants of entertainers:

- solid "entertainAr", bolt on neck, two versions
- solid VE550 (chrome hardware), VE570 (golden hardware)
- semi solid VE 545 (chrome hardware), VE 565 (golden hardware), both with "normal" F-holes
- semi hollow VE 450 (chrome hardware), VE 470 (golden hardware), both with "tribal" F-holes

From what you're writing, I'd say you've got a VE545 or VE565, depending on the color of the hardware.

And, ahmmm, if you want your 455 to get more attention, you could send her to me!! :D

That doesn't add up. I'm suspecting early ('old' f-holes) VE450/470 now. That would be a first  .
