Actually, 22 frets, no control light ... it seems a VP-820 or a VP-795 with a Line-6 Pod behind it to me. Could even be a VS (696). He did replace the PU's though :)

The hardware is Silver, thats a VP-795....
A VP-820 would have gold hardware with brass knobs...
the Pickups have been changed is all...
no arch top, no 696...
