hi everyone,
I am looking at an SG2000, early production run according to the serial number. The only thing that is weird is that the serial number and the "made in japan" are stamped horizontally on the back of the headstock just above the machine heads rather than running vertically between the machine heads. Has anyone ever soon one stamped this way before?
I am guessing it is fine (consistency was not always there in those days) but I thought it best to reach out and get some advice.
thanks
