Hi , just put my hands on this GuyaTone / Lafayette ( just a décall , don't even know if real brand) LG-140T with a lovely nailed MIJ metal strip.
Neck in original (pink-)colour , body bedaubed with some 60's green-blue ish pastel colour while original (super tick-) white colour is applied .
But that's not why it's here , just want to ask if someone has the same guitar : if yes is it possible to send a digpic of the tuners , so that I can replace them ?
thanks !

The ones that I have that resemble this guitar have a one piece tuner set... I will look at what I have and get back to you....

Yo P. !
for what I can see from the shades & imprint it must be something like this ( an early 60's Broadway GuyaTone ) but just wanted to be sure
Just stringed her and she plays like a dream ! Strangely she hasn't a trussrod...?...

Lafayette may be from Lafayette Radio, a chain of electronics stores in the US that sold guitars and amps among other things. The amps were mostly re-branded Univox amps. Grover makes statite tuners that are single open style and much better quality then typical if you are looking for an appropriate replacement.

well yeah thanks !
the bass Lafayette - logo is identical as on my GuyaTone/Lafayette .
Gonna try to put her back in original state , not often a 4-pu guitar surfaces .
Since the pickguard is mid-60's I wonder if Lafayette also had it in their mid 60's catalogue or was it a clearance sail by GuyaTone some years later ?

....well a very,very big thanks !!!!!
I just put the tuners on temporarely and she plays like a dream !
I'm not a prof.player but surely I feel it's ok ,smooth & easy !!!
Just don't know what to do with the (rather nice ) pastel colour on the body( should be plain white ) but with that pinkish neck it's a good combination and looks rather cool .
