It certainly is a "kewl" lookin' bass, I only know of two others, one I saw over twenty years ago in Liverpool and another one in South Wales, this one was also found in South Wales.

It has the same neck, tuners and bridge as the Aria 5520

It also has the "steel adjustable neck" plate.

Just found this image from my original post way back in 2006.

5 Years and I did nothing with it. :-?

Makes me feel better I have an Electra MPC Les Paul project that all I have to do is paint and wire. Three years and it still sits. At least three isn't five.

:D

Your over half way there! :D

I always thought this was a cool looking bass.

I thought it was a wreck when I bought it so I thought it was gonna' be a big job, I had bought most of the parts and it wasn't in bad condition after all, it was also my first instrument re-build, and I also moved house twice in those 5 years  , so I am armed with some excuses.
