I'm looking for some information about this guitar, thought I might find some here, but it's not one of the listed models. Is it not a Matsumoku guitar? Anyone know anything about it anyways? Any info appreciated! There's one up for sale nearby and was thinking of getting it.

I haven't had one, but see them listed online all the time when looking at Arias. The ones I've seen all appeared to be Korean or Chinese. If you can get one with an "S" serial number, it's Samick made from Korea- e.g., S02 would be Samick from 2002 and should be a nice guitar if the price is right.

Maybe someone here has seen a Matsumoku version and can tell us what to look for...

All the pics and serial numbers I'm seeing in google searches indicate Korean manufacture (serial number starting with an S).
