This is just a fantastic guitar but I have no info on it at all other than I think is was made around 1979. Like to know where is was made and who Magnum was. It is definitely not the newer magnum co that is making cheap copys today.

Hi GTOROKZ - as is typical with these obscure makes I can't tell you what it is - but I can let you know you're not alone - I recognised the headstock inlay from this post on Ibanez Collector's World. The guitar's identical to yours, apart from the lack of a name. Doesn't seem to be a Matt or a Fuji Gen, but someone has an identically shaped h/s branded Hohner, and there's also a dead Ebay link to a Cort which was presumably the same.

So it's probably built by Cort, since Cort was/is a factory rather than just an importer's brand.

Jon.
