There is no brand. For people who can't read french, the description says :

"Electric Guitar (Aria ?) from the 60's.first japanese guitars, serial number 481. Excellent playing state, revised by a luthier, who replaced tuners. The 2 pickups (single or humbucker ?) have a hot and powerful sound. No fix needed."

Any hint on what it is ? (I think the blue pickguard and the switches are ugly...)

I would guess it is Teisco made, but who knows what re-brand was on it. Definitely not produced by Shiro Arai Co. The pickups look identical to those I have seen on yard sale Harmony and Norma guitars.
