I'd say your Gallan is a Rokkomann production. Maya Kobe factory, early to mid seventies. Bassassin's comment in the previous thread goes for you too:

There's a lot of interest in older MIJ over there, and the guy who runs the site has a massive vintage catalogue archive, so you might well get an ID for it.
