A friend of mine has a very similar Les Paul style guitar , I thought at 1st it was made by Mats but I from researching it's construction technique and hardware I believe it was made by Kasuga . Still a good guitar, my friend opted to fix it because it sounds good and sweet playing .

based on my research, those tuners were used by Firstman, this is most likely a white label guitar from them.
