Several people's comments about the dated look of the site finally sunk in. I've been neglecting it for a long time. The changes are nowhere near done, but little at a time.

Email was bouncing so that has been fixed.

Thanks to Corsair we now have a mid 80s Vantage catalog that covers electrics, acoustics, and amps (patch cable too).

More updates and additions!

Firstly, I fought with the flipbook viewers over and over but could never get them to zoom in clearly. Tried a number of HTML5 image viewers but were either too large (file sizes that is) or ran into compatibility issues with one browser or the other. Went back to one I've used on a motorcycle site for a long time that works well. The downside is it is Flash so OSX / iOS users may have an issue as Steve Jobs decided to abandon Flash. The positives are the image display is as clear as the high res images themselves, thwarts hotlinking, and is small and fast. Less than half the size of any other image display scripts I tried. Only 261K larger than the images themselves!

Slowly but surely all the catalogs will be converted to the new format.

There have also been major updates to the site's main page, TOU, copyright, ebay seller's, ebay bidder's tips, and site overview pages. Added a site help page that covers common site/browser related issues. The eBay seller's agreement and restrictions have been relaxed to allow linking to any HTML page here. However the condition allowing us the right to use any images or information in a listing that links to this site without restriction remains intact. After all, if the site is enhancing their listing their listing should in all fairness enhance or add to the information on this site. We scratch their backs, they scratch ours.

The links to other sites on the main page have been corrected and a couple added. Links to the Electra site, Westone site, Trevor's Uncle Matts, and the Aria Pro II bass site all work now.

Next up is creating a contact form to contact the forums Admin to offer help for registration and other forum related issues. Hopefully that will be in place today or tomorrow.
