This is a guitar I got at a local thrift store for $44. unfortunately I don''t have it anymore. I think it was a Bendmaster or Bendmaster II

Get it back, man... NOW!! :) That's a Spectrum Ia or a Challenger, one of the Korean made ones anyway, I think; the Bendmaster is the trem unit and a pretty good one at that!

This one is missing a few bits and pieces - stringlocks, fine tuners and has a SD h/b retro-fitted, which is probably an improvement, really!!

They were, and are, a nice guitar with one of the best necks you'll ever play on... :D

Thanks for the info!I always wondered what it was.A couple of years ago I actually tried to buy it back from the store I had traded it to but it was long gone by the time I called.

I guess it was a Spectrum III. It looked exactly like the one in this catalog
