hi everyone,
I am racking my brain to try and identify the Washburn endorsee and Eagle player featured on the front cover of the catalog:

and also featured on the inside pages, bottom right:

I had this catalog as a teen and at the time i honestly thought it was Carlos Santana...
Any ideas?

Ha, I still have that same catalog. Cool to see it again (currently filed away).

The 'Mystery Endorsee' would be John Goodsall, he of Brand X fame, a great UK fusion band that, early on, also happened to have Phil Collins on drums. They made a few classic (IMO) fusion albums back in the day, and various other versions of the band continued over the years (and might even be working today for all I know).
