Heydebaser! Looks very nice. Good bloodline for sure. Good buy or not ... depends on how much you (are willing to) spend, and how much you like her once you got her. For a few hundred bucks: I'd jump on it!
Good luck!

Of course it depends on the price. But they are really very nice guitars. I sold my minty 1979 rosewood falcon for $600 US. I feel that we both won. The buyer got a great, very cherry guitar that he loves and I got a bit more than I paid for it. Now the hawk is one step down from the falcon, but still neck thru. Depending on condition, of course, if you like the way it feels, looks and sounds it's gotta be worth 300 - 400 dollars I would think.

Come on heydebaser, spill.

How much are they asking for it?

That way we can chime in on it being a good buy or not.

Pretty one. 300 to 400 US$ is a decent estimate if it's in good shape. Falcons and Eagles are soundwise a bit more versatile, the Hawks are made to rock and if the pups are original they rock heavily/heavenly.

The previous post was deleted as it contained an eBay link.

The forum rules are posted at the top of every forum. No eBay links in the regular forums. ONLY in the forum specifically set up for this as there the links in posts are expected to go bad.

eBay links and the temporary limited information they provide goes stale and worthless after as little as 30 days so those reading this thread after this will get little from the information posted. Just bad listing numbers.

If you really want to share the information then upload the pictures to an image hosting service, link to them there, and type the information that may be useful in the thread.
