Racing, what was the thing that convinced everyone that these are Mat?
Maybe I am missing something, were there any other Mats that used Noble Pots and these type of 3 way switch?
Even the wire used is different to any other mats I have seen.
I would have thought all of this stuff would have come from the Mat parts bin, as seems to be fairly consistent throughout the various branded Mats.
Cheers.

Little bit of progress, just finished redoing the back of the headstock.

Not totally happy with it, the filler i used for the old screw holes absorbed more stain than the timber did and went quite dark.
But it will have to do.
There is 6 or so coats of polyurethane over the stain to try to match the depth of the original finish.
Colour & finish actually turned out very good & appears to match perfectly.
Swapped the Schallers for some 18-1 Grovers while I was at it as I didn't think they suited her.
Currently doing some drop filling on the body which will be finished soon.

Cheers.
