My first Matumoku guitar. Hope fully there will be more to come. I haven't seen many of these T-Birds with the set neck so I thought I would share some pics of mine. I welcome any comments, questions or discussion.

Why thank you Barry for your kind comments. It is pretty, and does play very well. I also picked up a Vantage Avenger Red 325 the same day. I'm really turned on by these guitars. Just what you guys need..another competitor driving up those auction prices...lol.

Welcome 81blackta!
Beautiful T-Bird ! I'd like to see your AV325 too!
Here you can view an unplayed "new" red 325 for comparison:

I hope prices will stay low for a while  - but I'm sure a "Matsumoku-hype" is gonna arising in the near future :loon:
(In Europe some articles in guitar magazines started a run for old German brands in the last 2,3 years....)

Glad my T-Bird and Avenger went to a good home where they will be looked after. I'm sure we will do some more trades in the future, and Your camera is much better than mine... I decided to hang onto the Quest Manhattan so it will be around for a while if you find something else to trade i the meantime.

i hope I find something that you will like. I do like that quest. I hung the washburn and the avenger on the wall, i do enjoy looking at them.
You got me hooked now! I bet the Ibanez looks nice on the wall too.

Uh, you do know that they're easier to play when you hang 'em around yer neck? :jammin:
