Yeup I finally found one a G-40v, the stuff of legends. Anyone know how many were made? I certainly can't find much info on this guitar..... add this to my SUNBURST RS10v, A20v, Maple Eagle, EC 29(x2, one magma, one white). I must say Washburn guitars have secretly crept into my heart.

Wow. That is one gorgeous guitar, regardless of the manufacturer. What's the deal with the pickups? Is it a tribucker? Or are those three single coils?

It's three single coils... not sure if it's mat made. Seems a lot like my EC29 or RS10V, as it has the ebonite fretboard. Plays like a dream though!

actually, just found out the volume knob is a push/pull.... may be a triple humbucker as well. It's so weird, if I pull the volume it's like it goes to single coil and it gets louder if I push it down BUT there is single coil hum at all times.... any suggestions? I'll take a pic of the innards soon
