new to this forum dont know where to post but am looking for info on this guitar not sure of model looks like a cst3 or at least pictures of ones i see on the web i sent a picture im in need of a wiring diagram 5 way switch positions and the humbucker color code

If I'm not mistaken the Excel series replaced the Stage series in 1987 after the move to Korea. If it has a 3rd fret scarf joint in the neck that would be a dead giveaway. Usually the neck plate would indicate "Made in Japan" for the Japanese models. Post Matt models just have a serial and the models that incorporated it "Accurate Bolt On System."

ok my scarf joint starts just barely past the third fret looks like the headstock cut in upside down u where glued to the neck. The headstock says aria pro ii excel series and has a neck plate serail plus the "Accurate Bolt On System." on neck plate. so where do i post to find out info on this need model info plus wiring info. how do i post picture
