So I picked this thing up at an antique store last summer and I still haven't found any info on this particular model. I've checked old catalogs online but none of the PE's pictured looked even remotely like it. I've even torn the thing apart looking for a serial number, year, or even country of origin but no luck. I'll post a few pics of it, if anyone has any info as to how old it might be or anything like that I'd greatly appreciate it.

Welcome numb. :D
I believe this is a post Mat PE. Not sure but some of the features look mid '90s. Is it a bolt neck?

Very late 80's or early 90's would be my guess. Can't help with model though, but probably some sort of PE.
Definitely post Mat.

I love that colour! And the build seems of good quality.
Do you have some more, clearer pix?

yeah, it's held on by 3 bolts, no neck plate. Not sure if that helps at all.

Definitely Post MAT most likely Korean.

Still could be a good lil player.

How does it play btw?

(I'll be moving this one over to the "Post Matsumoku models" section)

Honestly, not too bad. It plays relatively smooth and has that oldschool sound to it. I play everything from black metal to punk and it hasn't let me down yet. I'm considering throwing some Seymour Duncans in it when I can afford it and probably replacing most of the gold hardware with Gibson parts because it's starting to tarnish and rust, but other than that it's probably one of the nicest guitars I've owned.

Off the shelf hardware. I would say modern also.
