I'm trying to figure out the model of this aria bass.

The warranty card filled out by the sales guy when it sold new in Pennsylvania in 2001 says:

Model: 16B68SDBK (aria pro II)
Serial: 00031536

Made in Korea,
4 pots are: bass, mid, treb (active electronics) and volume
2 switches are active/bypass and I'm not sure what the other one is for.

I can't find any information anywhere for the above model number, nor have I seen any basses on line that are the same.

Appreciate any help you can provide!

Thanks

Nice looking bass Bassbo. The experts here know the MIJ models much more than the MIK ones. Have you looked at the Aria USA web site?

I've have looked on the aria USA site, but didn't find much. Are the the Korean models the same as the Japanese models? Is this simply an SDB made in Korea, making it an SDBk?

Looks like the model number on the card is not accurate. I finally found basses on line that look exactly the same, Aria IGB-68. Apparently the top of the line for the Integra series. Here is one example:

Is the model number printed in the inside of the neck?

I've found the model # on the Koreans is usually a foil sticker on the back of the neck at the heel. And you are correct on yours being an IGB68.....I have an IGB65-N myself.
