I would guess yes, based on the neckplate.
The pups might be further confirmation, but alas no photos.
Lookin good though....I have been looking for a Mats SG for a while now.

The add says a "fat neck"... of course that's subjective, but Matsumoku used an early 60s profile on almost every guitar I've seen.
