The PO really F-ed this thing up! And it is going for stupid money with 4 more days to go. I'd be strongly debating whether I would spend that much on a stock unadulterated CS. Now and then I see them for around $350 in good shape on Regurge.

You know, as ugly as that is, the fact that the Kahler is already there and looks to be on straight, I might not be too afraid of it.
Don't get me wrong, I hate to see them messed up this bad but at least I didn't do it. At this point, I could only be the hero. :D
I have to admit though, I have entertained the thought of mounting a Kahler on one of these a time or two. With their bridge situation as it is, it could be an interesting alternative. And, the CS guitars are built like a '62 Buick, you ain't gonna hurt them.

I agree the price is a bit much. Even with the case I might go $250 shipped.

So very true. Takes a licking and keeps on ticking.

Wow, someone got a good project for the price of a nice guitar.
I guess the times are changing. Perhaps my Skylark is finally a $500 guitar? :devil2:

You had better hang on to that Skylark! It's not like the Aria Pro IIs or even the Vantage or Washburn. One run and that was it.

Yes, even though I bought it trashed, it isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
Perhaps I'll finally get around to fixing it. . . :D
