Getting more reasonable. I'd snag it if they paid me for the time it would take to clean it up. I figure $45 for labor and materials?
I still don't understand why some sellers will post pics of a smudged up dirty guitar. There was a guy in Japan that had a PE-R60 listed for $1299 and it looked like it had been rode hard and put away wet. There was years of finger jam caked up on the fingerboard and the smudges all over it actually changed the color. There was even finger jam crammed into the saddle slots. I offered to take it as-is if he'd knock off $500 for the time it would take to decontaminate and restore it. No response but I had to try.
I just sold a guitar, it lasted less than a day. I got the guitar polish and polishing rags/tooth brush out and spent about an hour cleaning it up. Another hour getting good pics of it. IMHO well worth the effort. This is it:
