It's in desperate need of some TLC but I suspect it will clean up nicely. Probably won't go very cheap. No road worn fakery here. This guy has seen his share of bar room brawls. OHSC to boot.

Looks like it would clean up OK. The bridge pickup is backwards.

If I were to snag it it would get torn down and a complete deep clean before I even tried to play it. The pickups would be dipped, FB cleaned and frets polished, pots/switch cleaned, the bridge and TP would get the baking soda/vinegar/baking soda treatment then the intonation screws lubed with Super Lube and tuners lubed. I wouldn't replace the hardware. This guy has earned his battle scars. In this instance I could live with the tarnish/wear.

I think the case needs more resto work than the guitar! :P
All considered, not in bad shape at all.

Yeah, makes you wonder what has been going on under there. Maybe it had another pup for a time?

Awsome looking axe! I'm a sucker for the neck-throughs!

Curious though, with the serial # starting MY would that make it one of the newer reboot models?
