I know the feeling. I expect the worst from them, this way I am never disappointed.

Their pics are usually pretty bad and often too few. I don't bother contacting them any more with others of the same item for less elsewhere. I get this "our guitars are priced based on the local market" garbage. Um, it's for sale online ya ID10T. I make sure I am always ready to walk away.
