If i were to spend $800 on a guitar right now, this guitar would be in the top three (this number is dwindling by the minute) considerations fo sho! Needs a fretboard cleaning, but nobody's perfect :D, and it's a guitar center offering so could be....uh.. a little less than cared for but her beauty has me blinded. Somebody help me!

I've been watching this one. I thought about buying it but I don't need it. There are negatives with GC but hey, you can always bring it back if you live close to one only to lose the cost of shipping unless you can find something broken like a PU not working then get them to refund shipping also.

It does come with a case! To me the condition looks very good not just good.

It would be great if you bought it so I don't have to look at it and think..... should I or maybe if they drop the price. :)

Good luck

I've been low key watching it as well. I certainly don't need it but it sure is pretty.
I guess we all have exquisite taste in guitars... :D

Way to steep for my blood. I gave that for my Brian May Red Special and that is because there are very few guitars like it.

If you like this you'll probably also want to search for an Epiphone Scroll, Westbury Standard or Westbury Custom, all from the same era. Possibly even an Electra Working Man. Expect to pay as much though, these people are really proud of them and price them accordingly.

WAY too steep. That's why I'm watching it - from afar. . . :D
They also have a PE B&G for the same price. It would have to come down to about what I paid for my PER60 for me to realistically consider buying it and by then, someone else will have already bought it. Probably.
I keep watching it for the off chance it actually becomes affordable.

$800 is too steep for me as well, it turns out. Seriously thought about springing for it but at or slightly above that price range i could probably, with patience, snag a pretty nice PE R-80, which, seems to me, would be the way to go. Resist the urge, dig in and save up. 8-) man, that's hard to do.

Sure is a sweet looking axe, though! And i've checked out the Westburys, the custom is definitely on my wishlist, if you're listening santa.
