Fortunately that is one I never sold. Got it in mint condition at a pawn shop with original hard shell case for $150 tax included.

Thanks for reminding me about this one, I did see it in my search. I might bid for it. I'm torn between the Ghost and a Black Aria LP standard as I've always liked black LP standards, thought they were classy looking.

I see that this is in Sweden and it's the sellers first sale. Trogly, on Youtube, had said that people are getting burned from overseas sellers not fulfilling orders. I still may bid on it. :-o

Oh yeah baby!
Just a simple classic from Vantage, and about as smooth as silk too (from what I'm told  )

If I had to be picky though, I'm not too wild about the selector switch position. But I'd get over it!

You get used to the switch pretty quick once you pick it up. Mine may be a Plain Jane but she's got one heck of a bite! It has a pair of Saphue humbucker sized P90s in it now and they have a ton of growl without losing clarity for a cheap set of pickups.

A P90 is like sex.
Even when it's bad, it's still pretty good! :devil2:
Something about the simplicity of the design that makes it almost goof proof methinks.

I bought a set of similarly price humbucker/P90's a year or two back with the idea of putting them into my Squier Bullet Mustang. I abandoned the idea, but I did end up putting one in my Westone X125 (a single pupper with no tone control). And it transformed it unbelievably!

Up until then I had tried at least three different humbuckers, and either didn't like the harshness or something else about them. I was about to give up and add a tone control until I tried the P90. What a difference! Nasty if you want, bluesy when you're mellow, and even jazzy if you're feeling creative.

I still have the mate and looking for an excuse to put it somewhere!

On the more expensive end (relatively) I put a set of Warman HBP90's in my Epiphone LP Studio and it too became an amazing tone machine.

Just can't keep a P90 down. Like bacon, a P90 makes everything better!
