Most of these models are now well outside of my price range. Retirement is great but it don't pay much. That and we just spent $394K on a house and 19 acres.

But it's still not sold... tells you something in regard to advertised and actual pricing.

Hmmm... where I'm living, 400k USD would buy you a house with less than 100 square meter of land...
Btw. how much is 19 acres in in metric?

Prices are falling quickly on guitars. I've seen retailers on Youtube verifying this. Real estate is another story because of low supply.
