When it rains it pours!
This is the second X-77 to appear locally.
(The other one is in gorgeous white here: http://www.matsumoku.org/ggboard/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=13973 )

This one has a beautiful tobacco burst finish, and in pristine condition by the look of it. The only thing apparently not stock would be the chrome pickup mounting rings which I think compliment the guitar nicely.

The price is also a bit more reasonable, although still a tad high for moi:
CAD$500, no case mentioned, not known if willing to ship.

I do love my X-99. It has an older Seymour Duncan pickup in the bridge position and into a Fender Deluxe with an overdrive pedal I do get some great Classic Rock tone. It surprised me because looking at it, it looks like it weighs 7 1/2 - 8 lbs. I don't have a scale to weigh it but it's more like 8 1/2 - 9 lbs.
It Rocks! I'd buy another.

What flavor Fender Deluxe you got? I have a '61 but it's a tweed, not a brown face.
