I bought this Aria acoustic in 1986... I have looked at old catalogs and have not found this model yet. Any help will be great

The LW series had a long run (1980 to 1995). If you wouldn't have mentioned that you bought the guitar in 1986... I would have guessed that it was made around 1988, because the tuning pegs on your guitar were quite common on Aria guitars made after Matsumoku closed. Anyway, occasionally I have seen those tuners also on Aria guitars made from 1985 onwards, so most likely the guitar had just been made before you bought it.

Thanks for the info... I have seen hundreds of photo's of Aria headstocks... they all just say "aria".. none have all the wording like on mine.. was that a special year they put that on?

Aria used a couple of different wordings on the headstock throughout the years. As far as I remember the electric PE-1500 (around 1977) was the first Aria model to feature longer text on the headstock. Anyway, Aria still puts text on the headstock of some models.
