Hey,

Bought an urchin a couple days ago so I thought it was the right time to create an account here

Here's a couple (bad) pictures, I'll take better pix soon

ImageImage

As you can see it has been slightly modded, washburn trem, emg pickup...makes it a Nuclear Weapon :D

edit : found a black U60, lefty that is, last week or so. Not yet in my hands as a buddy bought it for me and he's nowhere close to here but we'll find a way to get it down here

Welcome NuclearMetal.
Wow, I've never seen a lefty U. She looks great!
At least whoever installed the trem kept it in the family.

Agreed Jorg and what´s more i hope none of us has become anal to the point where we can´t appreciate a swap like that.
The Shift trem bridge is in my opion the best there is.

Lefty , cool , that tremolo make her looks real mean , I wonder if the serial number is unique being that it is a lefty ? Nothing like an Urchin to get you turned on to Matsumoku , does it every time :D
Welcome

(Hee hee) Hey welcome Nuke.
Man that's one mean looking Urchin! That trem looks like you could winch a car out of the mud with it. :-?
Great score!

Lurchin > I agree that trem makes her sexy...I wish I could find a black one too.
As for my serial #, well here it is: 3120223.
It's not my first matsumoku guitar since I used to own a couple Vantage guitars. I gave them away for free to a kid of my neighbourhood who wanted to learn guitar cause I'm a moron, now I miss them.

@Corsair : Hail :cheers:

I'm not horn-ed yet, but yes I'm horn-y indeed :D

@Barry : I'm sure that thing could even winch a panzer.

I was a bit scared about that trem but it seems to work fine so far.
