I don't but I can explain the principal. Usually it is the center pup that gets the phase reversed. Strats are typically wired with the middle pup out of phase with the other two. They also are magnetically opposite the other two, thus giving you some humbucking effect when used in conjunction with the other pups.
To change the phase, you use one lead as the hot and one as the ground for one setting and reverse them for the other. Be aware you can not ground the switch as it would just short the one phase setting. Hope that helps.
